There are two pass types available: Standard and VIP.
Your pass is your all-access pass to the full PI LIVE Europe campus, spanning three venues: Old Billingsgate, The Steel Yard and Partner’s Arms. This includes entry to three content stages, high-impact summits, and hands-on workshop sessions designed to sharpen your strategy.
On-site, you’ll have full access to the exhibition floor and our dedicated event app to power your networking, alongside complimentary barista-quality coffee, tea, water and snack to keep you fueled. Your pass also invites you to join the community for on-site networking events and our legendary off-site party.

Yes. You can change the name by logging back into your account and making the necessary changes. You can find a direct link to modify your booking in your confirmation email. Name changes are permitted until 10 October 2026.

You must have a confirmed pass to the show to request a VISA letter.
The registration desk is located at the Old Billingsgate. Please make sure that you collect your badge before you head into other venues.
Registration opens from 4.00pm on Monday, 19 October 2026 – we advise you to arrive early to avoid the anticipated queues on Tuesday morning.
You can then collect your badge throughout the whole event, between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
To avoid delays, please ensure you have your QR code ready to scan at registration and a valid form of photo ID.
Passes are non-refundable once purchased, however you may transfer your pass to a colleague at the same company.
How to Request a Transfer:
UK law requires VAT on admission to events held in the UK, regardless of where the attendee is based.
Can I reclaim the VAT?
Yes, in many cases:
EU businesses: May reclaim UK VAT via their national tax authority under the EU refund scheme.
Non-EU businesses (e.g. US): Can apply directly to HMRC for a refund using form VAT65A, if their country offers reciprocal arrangements.
