Dean founded Maverrik (then called Maverick) in 2014 as a consultancy and business development company. Having delivered growth in several small and large businesses, he embarked on building an organization which would help businesses cut through the fog and grow people, sales and profit. With 15+ years of Affiliate Program Management experience behind her belt – she’s seen it all. Leanna heads up the Affiverse agency division and has been helping brands launch, scale and grow successful affiliate programs across multiple sectors for the past 4 years since joining the Affiverse senior leadership team. Sarafina Wolde Gabriel has over 19 years of experience in digital marketing and more than a decade’s worth of expertise in leadership within the Affiliate Marketing sector. Having joined Paysafe’s Income Access, a digital marketing technology and service provider in 2004, Sarafina successfully managed its in-house affiliate management team while its Affiliate Director and held roles as the company’s CMO and VP of Strategy focused on directing marketing activities, developing innovative solutions and fostering key business partnerships.
Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Rightlander, a marketing compliance company, Sarafina’s responsibilities include developing business strategies to help grow and expand into new markets and verticals, evaluate new product opportunities and build strategic partnerships. Sarafina is also a non-executive advisor to Affiverse and helps guide on strategic partnerships.
A programmer by trade, Ian left his roles as IT Manager at Fidelity Investments and Computer Support Team Manager at Barclays Bank to set up a web development company in 1995 attracting clients including the FT and JP Morgan. In 2005 Ian created an affiliate business and was recognised among the top industry affiliates, making the eGR Power Affiliates list on several occasions. Ian subsequently sold his affiliate business in 2016 and founded Rightlander, a marketing compliance and monitoring technology in 2018, which is currently used by over 300 brands worldwide.

Director of Sales, North America at Forge Business – was responsible for US based sales and marketing for international Online Marketing Services agency.

As the Vice President of CJ’s UK Client Development team, Dan is responsible for managing a team of marketing experts that are responsible for the growth of some of the World’s largest affiliate programmes. A skilled marketing professional with 10 years of digital, SaaS and affiliate marketing experience; Dan started his career as an affiliate publisher, navigating his way through a number of mergers and acquisitions that helped build his expertise in customer acquisition and retention. Since moving out of the publisher world, Dan has held various positions in the digital and SaaS marketing industries, and now finds himself with over 4 years’ experience at CJ where he began as Senior Director in 2019. Dan also holds a degree in Business & Marketing from Bournemouth University that is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
As the EMEA Director for Impact’s influencers and creators offering, Sanchit Sareen helps creators and customers bring inspiring influencer partnerships to life. Under his business leadership, Impact.com’s for influencers and creators is emerging as the leading influencer partnership solution. With nearly a decade in SaaS and digital marketing, San has established himself as the EMEA specialist for all things related to influencer-focused technology. He has been selected twice to serve on the judging panel of the Effective Mobile Marketing Awards in the UK and has been a keynote speaker at the Influencer Marketing Show in London.
Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in the affiliate industry and has just founded the Affiliate & Partner Marketing Association, a new initiative that will represent the UK affiliate channel.
He worked for Europe’s largest network, Awin, for 16 years managing the strategy, product marketing and content teams. In his time at the company, Kevin released first-to-market insights about affiliate contribution across the whole sale journey as well as the role handsets play in early funnel affiliate activity.
With two stints as Affiliate Marketing Chair of the IAB’s Affiliate Council, Kevin led a series of self-regulatory initiatives, wrote best practice guides and coordinated the industry’s first ‘size of channel’ research project with PwC.
He is a trained journalist, is widely published on affiliate marketing topics, and has also presented extensively on the affiliate channel at multiple events. He has just published the UK’s first Publisher Survey that takes the pulse of the UK’s affiliate community.
Anna Hecht is the Editorial Director of Global Savings Group, where she manages E-commerce Editorial Teams on a global scale. Prior to living in London, Anna was based in New York City, where she was a founding member of CNN Underscored, CNN’s first-ever shopping website. Her byline has also appeared in prestigious publications, such as Fitness Magazine, Lucky Magazine, InStyle, People StyleWatch, CNBC, CNBC Make It, Hello Giggles, CBS Chowhound, The Knot, and more.
With a focus on merging SEO, branded content and affiliate, Anna is passionate about creating top-performing, commercially viable and inspiring content for both publishers and readers.
