To qualify, individuals must:

(a) be directly employed by a retailer or brand AND

(b) be responsible for buying or evaluating performance marketing or ecommerce technology

Passes are not transferable and a maximum of two passes will be considered per a company. You must complete your application in full to be considered.

If you are allocated a complimentary pass and subsequently ‘no show’ you may be placed on a blacklist and won’t be able to apply for future passes, so please let us know if you’re unable to attend.

Bring The Team

We encourage you to bring the team to our events to enable them to connect with the industry.

We therefore offer discounts on the prevailing rate when all tickets are purchased at the same time. Discounts will not be given retroactively.

Common Questions

Our ticket prices vary depending on your demographic. For the purpose of purchasing a ticket we define each demographic as the following:

Choose this if you are employed by a retailer who generates sales online, either via B2C, B2B or DTC.

You are a media owner, publisher, tech publisher or affiliate generating revenue through affiliate or performance marketing. Please note if you operate on a MRR/ARR model you must choose Tech Provider.

Tech Provider, Vendor or SaaS Platform:
You are employed by a technology provider offering services to brands, publishers or other demographics.

Your principal business is that of an agency and you represent one or a number of brands.

Creator, Influencer:
You define your main job as a Creator or Influencer.

Please note:
We monitor registrations and demographics of each attendee, if an incorrect demographic is selected your ticket will be canceled and if desired will need to purchase a new ticket at the prevailing rate.

We have limited capacity at Old Billingsgate and to uphold our commitment to fairness, we’ve established a fair use policy.

This policy is designed to ensure that a wide variety of unique companies can participate, particularly focusing on those individuals whose roles and seniority are most relevant to our event’s objectives.

As part of this policy, we are limiting the distribution of complimentary passes to two per advertiser or publisher. These passes can be acquired either through our retailer scheme or in the case of publishers provided by sponsors. To clarify, an advertiser may receive one pass from the retailer scheme and one from a sponsor, adhering to our two-pass maximum. Any combination exceeding two passes—for example, one from the retailer scheme and two from a sponsor—violates our fair use policy. 

Registrations that surpass this limit will be revoked, and the individuals affected will be informed.

Please be aware that only retailers and publishers are eligible for complimentary passes from sponsors. These passes are not available to agencies, technology companies, networks, or Software as a Service (SaaS) providers. 

This ensures that our sponsorship and retailer scheme benefits are allocated fairly and reach the most appropriate attendees.

Day 2 passes are not currently available for purchase.

All refund requests must be made by email or writing within 7 days after ticket purchase to receive a full refund.

Requests received beyond 7 days are not eligible for a refund, however you may request a name change up to 14 days before the event.

Yes. We are able to offer Non-Profits and Students a discount of 30% on the Standard Pass.

Please email with credentials and if approved we’ll supply you with a discount code.

Yes. We welcome applications from journalists. Please complete our application form to be considered for a complimentary press pass.
