General

A two-day conference and exhibition enabling publishers, agencies, advertisers and retailers to connect, build relationships and strike deals with brilliant networking and inspiring content to increase your profits in affiliate and partnership marketing.

3,000+ delegates, representing 60+ countries from the affiliate and partnership marketing ecosystem are expected to attend. Key demographics include publishers, influencers, agencies and advertisers alongside leading tech providers, innovative e-commerce startups and networks.

You will have access to the PI LIVE Europe mobile and web app, four weeks before the event, enabling you to peruse the delegate list, connect and arrange meetings at the show.

In addition to our official Afterparty (end of day one) we’ll have happy hour networking in the bars, wrap up drinks on the terrace and structured opportunities throughout.

The Global Performance Marketing Awards gala dinner will also take place the night before the show for those heading in the night before.

Yes. Complimentary barista-quality coffee will be available from our coffee stations. A variety of street food vendors from our partner, KERB London, will be located onsite where you can purchase breakfast and lunch. You will also be able to find fruit and other treats between sessions.

If you are looking for an alcoholic drink, head to the Sports Bar and Prosecco Lounge to celebrate a long day of negotiating deals with your team.

Water refill points will be available on-site and we encourage you to bring your own eco-friendly water bottle with you.

Yes, we have a dedicated cloakroom in the vault where you can store coats during show hours. No items to be left overnight please.

Day-two-only passes might be available closer to the event. 

Please note ticket ‘swapping’ is strictly prohibited and ID will be required to pick up your ticket.

PI LIVE Europe takes place at Old Billingsgate in the heart of London on the 21 & 22 October 2025.

There are two ticket types available: Standard and VIP.

Each ticket provides access to inspiring sessions, unrivaled networking opportunities, access to the exhibition floor and event app access.

On-site you can also enjoy networking drinks, offsite party, barista-quality coffee, tea and water – all included in your pass.

The best discount will be available at ticket launch, with incremental price increases as the show gets close. So keep an eye on our event updates to secure the lowest rate.

Yes. You can change the name by logging back into your registration on Swoogo and making the necessary changes. Name changes are permitted until 10 October 2025.

Yes. Please complete this form and we’ll do our best to email you an invitation letter within 3 business days.

You must have a confirmed ticket to the show to request a VISA letter.

Registration opens from 4.00pm on Monday, 20 October 2025 – we advise you to arrive early to avoid the anticipated queues on Tuesday morning.

To avoid delays, please ensure you have your QR code ready to scan at registration and a valid form of photo ID.

PI LIVE Europe Ticket Refund & Transfer Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility where possible. Below is our policy for ticket cancellations and transfers:

  1. Refund Policy:

    • Cooling-Off Period: You are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 7 days of purchasing your ticket.
    • No Refunds After 7 Days: Refund requests made after this 7-day period are not eligible for any reimbursement.
    • No Refunds Within 30 Days of the Event: If the event is less than 30 days away, no refunds will be possible under any circumstances.
  2. Pass Transfers:

    • Transfer to a Future PI LIVE Europe Event: If you are unable to attend the upcoming PI LIVE Europe event, you may transfer your pass to the following year’s PI LIVE Europe, provided you submit your request at least 14 days prior to the event.
    • For the Avoidance of Doubt: Passes cannot be transferred to PI LIVE USA or any other Hello Partner event.
    • Transfer to a Colleague: You may also transfer your pass to a colleague up to  7 days before the event. This can be done via your registration account or by contacting our support team.
  3. How to Request a Transfer:

    • To request a transfer, please contact us at least 7 days before the event. Include your name, ticket details, and the name or event year to which you wish to transfer your pass.
  4. Conditions:

    • Tickets are non-refundable if they have been transferred to a future event or a colleague.

NETWORKING

Yes. We have a brand new PI LIVE Europe web and mobile app this year. The event app will enable you to view the delegate list, arrange meetings before or during the event, view the agenda and much more. The app will be released 4 weeks before the event.

Plenty! There are multiple networking zones across three floors including the Partnerships Lounge in the Vault, perfect for catching up with friends old and new and securing that next profitable deal.

Back by popular demand, the outdoor yurt overlooking the river Thames is the ideal place to unwind with your team and get some fresh air. You can also catch up with your new contacts in the Networking Village up on the Mezzanine, overviewing the exhibition floor. Then end the day with a toast for your success at our Sports Bar and Prosecco Lounge.

Additionally, there are various cafes and catering stations throughout the venue offering a variety of options for conversations over a drink or bite to eat.

The event app will be available to all ticket holders to enable you to connect with each other no matter where you are.

We will be having an off site party on the evening of day one. Further details on the venue will be announced at a later date.

There will be various meeting zones which will be based around the venue enabling you to choose a dedicated space for your meetings with like-minded delegates.

The Vault will be our underground meeting hub, offering comfortable meeting spots, including the Partnership Lounge with meeting space for 200+ delegates, which you can book ahead of time via the event app. The perfect opportunity to align your brand to successful collaborations.

For VIP pass holders you’ll get an exclusive access to the VIP Room, up on the Mezzanine level, where you will find comfy sofas for meetings and networking, work benches with power connections to catch up on your emails while enjoying free drinks and refreshments.

Don’t forget to schedule your meetings via the event app.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have joined the #ONELESS PIONEER NETWORK to reduce and eliminate plastic bottled water in favour of refilling and reusing at our events.

BYOB and refill using water fountains around the venue.
Our graphics for the exhibition stands and signage are printed on fabric and we avoid using dates where possible so we can reuse it at future shows.
All of our lanyards and wristbands are made of recycled plastic.
Our food trucks/stands have a no plastic policy with their packaging and cutlery.
All our coffee cups are 100% compostable.
Recycling bins located around the venue.
