General

PI LIVE is part of the three-day Festival of Partnerships experience, which includes multiple side events, Global Performance Marketing Awards a two-day conference and exhibition enabling publishers, agencies, advertisers and retailers to connect, build relationships and strike deals with brilliant networking and inspiring content to increase your profits in affiliate and partnership marketing.

3,000+ delegates, representing 60+ countries from the affiliate and partnership marketing ecosystem are expected to attend. Key demographics include publishers, influencers, agencies and advertisers alongside leading tech providers, innovative e-commerce startups and networks.

Four weeks before the event you will gain access to the PI LIVE Europe mobile and web app, enabling you to peruse the delegate list, connect and arrange meetings at the show.

We’ve curated a campus-wide experience where networking never stops. Throughout the three days, you can immerse yourself in everything from Happy Hour sessions in our campus bars to relaxed Sundowner Drinks on the terrace. For those looking for a high-energy celebration, the Official PI LIVE Party on 20th October is included in every pass and serves as the ultimate night for the community to connect.

Beyond the main campus, you’ll find a series of vertical-specific mixers at The Partners’ Arms and a range of Official Side Events hosted by our partners across the city. If you’re looking to start of the week by celebrating the industry’s finest, you can also add a ticket to the Global Performance Marketing Awards (GPMA) to your PI LIVE pass. Yes. Complimentary barista-quality coffee will be available from our coffee stations. A variety of street food vendors will be located onsite where you can purchase breakfast and lunch. You will also be able to find fruit and other treats between sessions.

If you are looking to grab a drink, head to the Vault Bar or Prosecco Lounge to celebrate a long day of negotiating deals with your team.

Water refill points will be available on-site and we encourage you to bring your own eco-friendly water bottle with you.

Yes, we have a dedicated cloakroom at Old Billingsgate in the Vault and at The Steel Yard, where you can store coats during show hours. No items to be left overnight please.

Currently we only offer full passes and one-day tickets are not available.

Please note ticket ‘swapping’ is strictly prohibited and ID will be required to pick up your ticket.

Venue

PI LIVE Europe takes place across three venues this year. Access to all of these spaces is included in your pass.

Old Billingsgate

The main venue, hosting the registration desk, where you need to collect your badge, is Old Billingsgate. This is where you find the exhibition, main stages, VIP Club and Hosted Meetings. The venue opens from 8.00am on 20 & 21 October 2026.

Steel Yard

The Steel Yard is hosting the Creator Commerce Summit on Tuesday, 20 October, 10.00 – 17.00 and the Retail Media & Commerce Summit on Wednesday, 21 October, 10.00-17.00

Partner’s Arms

We are also hosting relaxed, networking events at the Partner’s Arms, located on the first floor of the Walrus and The Carpenter pub, just across the road from Old Billingsgate. More details will be included in the event schedule.

PASSES

Passes are available here.

There are two pass types available: Standard and VIP.

Your pass is your all-access pass to the full PI LIVE Europe campus, spanning three venues: Old Billingsgate, The Steel Yard and Partner’s Arms. This includes entry to three content stages, high-impact summits, and hands-on workshop sessions designed to sharpen your strategy.

On-site, you’ll have full access to the exhibition floor and our dedicated event app to power your networking, alongside complimentary barista-quality coffee, tea, water and snack to keep you fueled. Your pass also invites you to join the community for on-site networking events and our legendary off-site party.

The best discount is at pass launch, with incremental price increases as the show gets close. The earlier you buy your pass the better.

If you are purchasing two or more passes, we can arrange this. Please contact us for details.

Yes. You can change the name by logging back into your account and making the necessary changes. You can find a direct link to modify your booking in your confirmation email. Name changes are permitted until 10 October 2026.

Yes. Please complete this form and we’ll do our best to email you an invitation letter within 3 business days.

You must have a confirmed pass to the show to request a VISA letter.

The registration desk is located at the Old Billingsgate. Please make sure that you collect your badge before you head into other venues.

Registration opens from 4.00pm on Monday, 19 October 2026 – we advise you to arrive early to avoid the anticipated queues on Tuesday morning.

You can then collect your badge throughout the whole event, between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

To avoid delays, please ensure you have your QR code ready to scan at registration and a valid form of photo ID.

PI LIVE Europe Pass Refund & Transfer Policy

Passes are non-refundable once purchased, however you may transfer your pass to a colleague at the same company.

  1. How to Request a Transfer:

    • To request a transfer, please contact us at least 7 days before the event. Include your name, pass details, and the name or event year to which you wish to transfer your pass.

UK law requires VAT on admission to events held in the UK, regardless of where the attendee is based.

Can I reclaim the VAT?

Yes, in many cases:

  • EU businesses: May reclaim UK VAT via their national tax authority under the EU refund scheme.

  • Non-EU businesses (e.g. US): Can apply directly to HMRC for a refund using form VAT65A, if their country offers reciprocal arrangements.

Where can I find official guidance?

NETWORKING

Yes. We have an updated PI LIVE Europe web and mobile app this year, and it will be launched four weeks before the event, when you will receive an email with your login details. The event app will enable you to view the delegate list, arrange meetings before or during the event, view the agenda and much more.

There are various meeting zones located around the venues enabling you to choose a dedicated space for your meetings with like-minded delegates.

The Vault at Old Billingsgate will be our underground meeting hub, offering comfortable meeting spots, including the Partnership Lounge with meeting space for 200+ delegates, which you can book ahead of time via the event app. The perfect opportunity to align your brand to successful collaborations.

For VIP pass holders you’ll get an exclusive access to the VIP Club, up on the Gallery level (second floor), where you will find comfy sofas for meetings and networking, work benches with power connections to catch up on your emails while enjoying free drinks and refreshments.

The Hosted Meetings area is also located on the second floor Gallery.

Don’t forget to schedule your meetings via the event app.

Yes. The Global Performance Marketing Awards will be back on 19th October. Celebrating the most creative, strategic and innovative work across performance and affiliate marketing, make sure you don’t miss this exclusive networking event.

Hosted Retailer Programme

The reimbursement is up to £250 for UK-based delegates and £450 for international attendees.

No, this is for hotel and travel only. However your lunch is included with your VIP event pass.

Yes, you are responsible for booking your own travel and accommodation for PI LIVE Europe.

We’ll send the reimbursement to one designated bank account. Just make sure to provide us with your itemised receipts and any proof of travel completion (e.g. a boarding pass) to get everything processed.

You will only receive reimbursement if you send receipts within 30 days of the event closing.

Please contact us immediately. You must let us know in advance of the event and propose one or more substitutes from your organisation. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to our approval. If you cannot attend all of your hosted meetings you will not be eligible for the reimbursement.

Once your application has been accepted we’ll send through instructions on how to set up your profile on the PI LIVE Europe app.

SUSTAINABILITY

We have joined the #ONELESS PIONEER NETWORK to reduce and eliminate plastic bottled water in favour of refilling and reusing at our events.

BYOB and refill using water fountains around the venue.
Our graphics for the exhibition stands and signage are printed on fabric and we avoid using dates where possible so we can reuse it at future shows.
All of our lanyards and wristbands are made of recycled plastic.
Our food trucks/stands have a no plastic policy with their packaging and cutlery.
All our coffee cups are 100% compostable.
Recycling bins located around the venue.
