Frequently Asked Questions

How many complimentary passes can our company have?

If you are fortunate enough to be offered a pass from one of our sponsors or exhibitors, please note a maximum of two complimentary passes per company will be approved, whether via the guest list or from a sponsor. Additional registrations over this limit will be automatically cancelled.

Complimentary passes are strictly for Advertisers, Agencies, Influencers and Publishers. Affiliate Networks and Tech Providers will be required to purchase a pass. The event organisers decision on company classification is final.

Do you sell one-day tickets?

All of our tickets are packaged for a two-day conference. We do not offer one-day tickets or allow the swapping of passes.

What's the difference between the ticket types?

We have three ticket options aimed at suiting your specific objectives – Standard, Networking, and VIP. Check out of handy table above with an overview of what each ticket provides – our Networking ticket provides the best value for money.

What's included in my ticket?

Access to all sessions including keynotes, the event app to arrange meetings, exhibition hall and entry to the co-located Influencer Marketing Show. All tea, coffee, and water will be provided free of charge. We have some fantastic street food vendors where you can either buy lunch from on the day or elect for our networking ticket and pre-pay.

Can I transfer my ticket to somebody else?

Yes, up until 24 hours prior to the event. For your convenience name changes are self-service. We are unable to change the name on the ticket for you.

For the avoidance of doubt, pass swapping between day one and day two is strictly prohibited. We treat this as theft of service and if caught delegates will be ejected from the show and banned from future events.

Can I upgrade to a VIP pass?

Yes. You can upgrade a standard ticket to a VIP pass for a £200 fee. A VIP pass provides a heap of perks including breakfast, lunch, drinks, reserved seating, larder and meeting room access.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

Complimentary passes

Key sponsors receive a limited allocation of complimentary passes to allocate to advertisers, agencies, and publishers. Each company attending will have a maximum of two complimentary passes accepted, whether provided via the guest list or from a sponsor.

Additional passes may be purchased online.

If you purchase a ticket and are then offered a complimentary ticket from one of our partners or are approved for the guest list, you are not eligible for a refund. You may request a name change free of charge until 21 September, after which, a £25 administration fee applies.

Name changes

Name changes will be permitted free of charge up until 21 September, 2018. After this date, an amendment fee of £25 will be charged to cover administration and reprint of your name badge.

Refunds and cancellations

All requests must be received in writing. Requests made no later than 14 days prior to the event are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee (minus an admin fee of £25). Refund requests received less than 14 days prior are not eligible for a refund, however, you may request a name change (£25 administration fee applies). Refunds will be made within four weeks after the conference has concluded.

Onsite changes / Loss of items

An amendment fee of £25 will be charged to make any changes onsite to your registration. If you have selected to receive your name badge and wristband in advance it is your responsibility to bring with you onsite. Should you forget or lose an item, a replacement fee of £50 applies and needs to be paid upfront at the time of replacement.
