What's the difference between the ticket types?

We have 3 ticket options aimed at suiting your specific objectives – Basic, Networking, and VIP. Check out of handy table above with an overview of what each ticket provides – our Networking ticket provides the best value for money.

I have a Basic Ticket can I upgrade my pass?

Yes. Basic Pass holders may upgrade to a Networking Pass subject to an upgrade fee of £83.34 (£100 inclusive of VAT).

Please complete this form, and we will email you an invoice. As soon as this is paid via BACS or Credit / Debit Card via the link on the invoice, the team will upgrade your pass accordingly and send you a notification via email.

The excellent value networking pass includes Lunch from KERB food on both days, four beer/prosecco/soft drink vouchers and access to the official party at Cafe de Paris.

If you upgrade before 21 September, we will post* your badge, lanyard, party wristband and vouchers via signed delivery enabling you to jump the registration queue. If you upgrade after 21 September your upgraded passes will be available to collect from the registration help desk at the event. Please make yourself known to security on arrival.

What's included in my ticket?

All ticket types provide access to all speaker sessions including keynotes, the event app for networking, exhibition hall and entry to the co-located Influencer Marketing Show. All tea, coffee, and water is provided free of charge. We have some fantastic street food vendors where you can either buy lunch from on the day or elect for our networking ticket and pre-pay for lunch.

Can I transfer my ticket to somebody else?

Name changes will be permitted free of charge up until 21 September 2018. After this date, an amendment fee of £25 will be charged to cover administration and reprint of your name badge.

Can I get a group discount?

Absolutely! Bring 4 or more members of your team and secure at 25% discount using the code ‘BRINGTHETEAM’ (when purchased in a single order).


Ticket Terms & Conditions

Our definitions used for The Guest List

Advertiser: You are employed by a retailer or a brand who sells to or reaches an audience online.

Publisher: You are a media owner. This includes affiliates, bloggers and influencers.

Technology Publishers: You work for a technology company that operates purely on a CPA / success basis with no setup, integration, monthly fee or retainer.

Agency: Your principal business is that of an agency and you represent one or a number of brands who sell to or reach an audience online.

If you come under any of the following scenarios you’re unable to apply for The Guest List and must purchase a ticket.

  • Are employed by a technology provider i.e. affiliate network, sub affiliate network, tracking software, data platform, marcom vendor, DSP, etc.
  • Do not fit into any other definition above.

Eligibility enquiries will be passed to the event manager and their decision is final. Please note, we monitor registrations and demographics of each attendee.

Name changes

Name changes will be permitted free of charge up until 21 September, 2018. After this date, an amendment fee of £25 will be charged to cover administration and reprint of your name badge.

Refunds and cancellations

All requests must be received in writing. Requests made no later than 14 days prior to the event are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee (minus an admin fee of £25). Refund requests received less than 14 days prior are not eligible for a refund, however, you may request a name change (£25 administration fee applies). Refunds will be made within four weeks after the conference has concluded.

Onsite changes / Loss of items

An amendment fee of £25 will be charged to make any changes onsite to your registration. If you have selected to receive your name badge and wristband in advance it is your responsibility to bring with you onsite. Should you forget or lose an item, a replacement fee of £50 applies and needs to be paid upfront at the time of replacement.

Complimentary passes

Key sponsors receive a limited allocation of complimentary passes to allocate to advertisers, agencies, and publishers. Each company attending will have a maximum of four complimentary passes accepted, whether provided via the guest list or from a sponsor.

Additional passes may be purchased online.

If you purchase a ticket and are then offered a complimentary ticket from one of our partners or are approved for the guest list, you are not eligible for a refund. You may request a name change free of charge until 21 September, after which, a £25 administration fee applies.
