Have your say at Pi live usa

We understand that community is at the very heart of our event, in an industry that still relies so heavily on strong and profitable relationships. With this in mind, and with a select agenda this year, we would like to have one session at PI LIVE USA that is developed, voted for, and therefore selected by this amazing community. If you have an idea for a session, then this is your opportunity to take that ‘water cooler chat’ to the main stage.

Why Should I Get Involved?

Other than being able to bring a topic that you are passionate about to the PI LIVE stage, if selected as a speaker, you will be able to take advantage of all that PI LIVE USA has to offer, as you will receive a full pass to the event. Find out more about what to expect from PI LIVE USA this year, and why it is the must attend event this year of 2025.

How To Develop Your Session

With a select agenda this year, we are keen to ensure that every session counts. We would love to see thought-leadership sessions that offer practical advice on a topic that you think will be of interest to our audience. We are also accepting three types of sessions: Panel Discussions (you will be able to submit up to five speakers, including the moderator), Solo Presentations (you will be able to submit one speaker), and Fireside Chats (you will be able to submit two speakers). It’s important to bear in mind that the industry is voting for this session! So make sure that you put the audience at the heart of the content.

How To Select Your Speakers

Please ensure that you refer to our D,E&I Guidance before submitting your session. Please also check before submitting a ‘potential speaker’ as it’s very important that they receive provisional commitment. I.e. we need to know that the speakers attached to the session will be able to attend the conference.

How To Submit Your Session

We have linked a form which will allow you to submit. To make sure that you have all the information before you submit, the questions you will be asked are listed here:

  • What’s your name?

  • Where are you submitting from?

  • What demographic would you categorize yourself as?

  • What’s your email?

  • What is the topic for your session submission?

  • What type of session are you submitting for?

  • Please provide a brief description for your session submission.

  • What will our audience learn from your session?

  • Who would speak on this session?

  • Which country do you reside in?

How Long Do I Have To Submit?

The close date for submissions is the 22nd January, so make sure you get your session in by then!

Have Your Say!

Even if you don’t have a session to submit, you can still have your say! We are relying on our community to select the session that they want to hear. Voting will open on the 23rd January, and the session with the most votes will feature on the agenda. We look forward to seeing what you pick!

T’s & C’s

How are you making this fair?

There is a limit of only one vote per person, and you will not be able to vote for a submission from your own company, and only votes that come from a verified company email will be counted.

When will I be able to vote?

Voting will open at 12pm PST the 23rd January, and will close at 12pm PST on the 30th January.

What if the session changes once accepted, from the idea that was initially submitted?

In this case we will move to the second most popular session to ensure that the audience hears a session that they voted for.
