With over two decades of experience in affiliate marketing, Allison Cirincione is a distinguished leader known for her strategic, customer-centric approach that drives program growth, expands partnerships, and boosts revenue. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Cirincione Consulting, she collaborates closely with brands to develop tailored strategies that maximize the effectiveness of their affiliate marketing campaigns. Her expertise spans various industries, enabling clients to unlock their full potential in the affiliate marketing landscape.

Before establishing her consultancy, Allison served as Vice President of Client Services for North America at Acceleration Partners. In this role, she led the Americas Client Service team, overseeing affiliate marketing programs for a diverse portfolio of brands, including Target, Uber, Nisolo, Shopbop, and Lulu’s. Her leadership was instrumental in optimizing high-performing programs and ensuring measurable results for clients.

Allison’s commitment to education and thought leadership is evident through her contributions to industry training programs. She has shared her expertise in courses focused on monitoring affiliate program performance, covering topics such as toolbar analysis and social listening tools.

Passionate about building high-performing teams, Allison excels in executing strategies that consistently exceed goals. She resides in Santa Barbara, California, where she balances a thriving career with coastal living alongside her two children.
