Definitions
  1. “Hosted Brands”: Qualifying individuals from retailers and brands who identify as buyers or influencers and agree to participate in up to eight 15-minute meetings with sponsors.
  2. “Meeting Times”: Predetermined time slots provided for meetings with Hosted Brands
  3. “Completed Hosted Meetings”: Meetings that actually took place or were missed due to the sponsor's or representative's absence or lack of engagement.

Participation

If you participate in the Hosted Brands Programme, we will arrange a series of 15-minute one-on-one meetings at the Event during the specified Meeting Times.

Payment

The number of meetings you agree to attend is stated in the booking. You may purchase more meetings in blocks of 5 after the initial 10.

After the Event, we will reconcile the number of Completed Hosted Meetings and refund any difference within 60 days if applicable.

Information Requirements

You must provide relevant information as specified in our Hosted Programme Guidelines, including:

  1. Primary contact details within your organisation.
  2. Product categorisations and descriptions.
  3. Names and contact details of your meeting representatives, including mobile numbers for communication.

Compliance

Your representatives must comply with the Hosted Programme Guidelines, including:

  1. Holding a valid ticket for the show.
  2. Attending and being punctual for meetings.
  3. Not exceeding the 15-minute meeting time.
  4. Being informed about the meeting details beforehand.
  5. Reporting no-shows to us immediately.
  6. Not contacting Hosted Brands before the Event or outside arranged meetings.
  7. Only bringing specified representatives to meetings.
  8. Not entering the hosted area outside of meeting times.

Breach of Guidelines

Any breach of the Hosted Programme Guidelines or disruptive behaviour by you or your representatives may result in termination from the Programme. You will still be required to pay the Fees and any outstanding sums as of the termination date.
