Kitty supports leaders to achieve transformational, sustainable, change through applied neuroscience. As founder director of Boardwalk Leadership, Kitty used her knowledge of how brains change to get the results clients want. Boardwalk Leadership worked with clients such as Cisco EMEAR, Akzo-Nobel, GKN, Heathrow, Thales, UK Cabinet Office, TIM Italia, UBS and Maersk. Kitty delivered leadership development programmes in China, North America, and across Europe. She is passionate about helping organisations achieve truly inclusive cultures, where all can thrive. She is a well-known public speaker on learning and leadership – and delivered a TEDx on the power of attention. Kitty co-authored four books, including Neuroscience for Leadership, which won the CMI Practical Manager Category Prize.
