Tom is Head of Strategy at Forward3D, the UK’s largest independent digital agency. With over 300 employees across 13 offices Forward3D specialise in running complex, international, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for the world’s biggest brands including Chanel, Virgin Holidays, 3M, ASOS, Hilton.

Tom has spent the last 10 years at Forward3D across a number of roles including Head of Paid Search, Head of Paid Media (setting up up Connected, Forward3D’s programmatic department) and Head of Technology & Innovation (managing the development of Forward3D’s proprietary technology platform, Stage and their unique lean-inspired working culture, the F3D Way).
