Rachel is the Global Head of Social at TUI, the world’s largest travel brand where she is responsible for the strategic direction and driving innovation and best practice. Prior to joining TUI in June 2015, Rachel was the Director of Social and Content at OMD International.

She has been working in PR and social media for over 10 years in the UK and Australia. During her career, Rachel has consulted for and led social strategy for some of the world’s biggest brands including adidas, Topman, Universal Pictures, McDonalds, Nutella, Canon, Reebok and Cisco.
