In this role, Paulo leads Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Pricing, Merchandising and Ancillary Revenue for Hotels.com. Most recently, Paulo was Sr. Director of Marketing for Hotels.com North America leading marketing strategy for the U.S. and Canada businesses.
Prior to joining Hotels.com Paulo managed the Portfolio Operations team for ECS Capital, a Private Equity Fund based in Portugal. He also worked in strategy & business change for the ING Group and was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Paulo began his career as an Assistant Professor of Management at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
Paulo holds a Bachelors of Business degree from Universidade Catolica Portuguesa and a PhD in Business Administration from Tilburg University.
