Stephen has been working in digital communications since 2005 during which he has devised and implemented digital strategies for some of the world’s largest brands. Over the years he has worked in various senior positions in both agency and in-house roles including European digital director level at a global communications agency and senior consultant at the world's largest professional services firm.
Previously, he set up the first UK social media agency in 2008 and in 2011 his company built an influencer tool, which was subsequently acquired in 2012. Over the years he has advised and trained hundreds of media and senior business executives on social media strategy and influence. He's been lucky to speak at events in 15 countries across three continents. Today, Ste is an independent consultant, strategist, writer and podcast host.

Joseph Harper is the social lead for Kellogg’s UK & Ireland business and is based in the multinational FMCG giant’s UK headquarters in Media City, Manchester. Joseph is responsible for the planning and activation of Kellogg’s digital advertising strategy from across their broad portfolio of UKI brands, including Corn Flakes, Crunchy Nut, Special K and Pringles. He has been heavily involved in developing Kellogg’s activity in the space of influencer marketing and recently addressed the need for more effective deliverable measurement and promoting the importance of prioritising genuine advocacy as the number one deliverable from influencer activity.

Amie Shearer manages Mumsnet’s network of over 10,000 influencers. Her team develops and manages thumb-stopping, award-winning campaigns for clients such as Dreams and McDonald’s utilising the members blogs, vlogs and social channels as well as the Mumsnet and Gransnet (women 50+) platforms. With a broad background in brand management and social media, Amie has been immersed in optimising influencer marketing since 2014. She’s passionate about transparency, trust and meaningful reporting as well as diversity and representation agenda across all forms of marketing.

Rahul has been a prominent player in the world of influencer marketing right from its infancy. He is the head of influence at Ogilvy, where he is in charge of setting the strategic direction of the Ogilvy influence proposition that covers the full spectrum of influencer work, from celebrities all the way to micro influencers. He heads up a team of creative experts who are responsible for delivering best in class influence for clients including Walgreens Boots Alliance, Bacardi, Vans, PlayStation, Unilever, TK Maxx, British Airways and Vodafone. Prior to joining Ogilvy, he established and ran MediaCom’s global influencer offering.
