PI LIVE takes place at Old Billingsgate in the heart of London (EC3R 6DX) on the 15-16 October 2018. Registration is open from 8am with the first sessions starting at 9am.
3,000+ delegates representing 50+ countries from the Affiliate & Performance Marketing ecosystem are expected. Key demographics include Publishers, Agencies and Advertisers alongside leading Tech Providers and Networks.

Plenty! - There are ample networking zones across three floors and a new outdoor yurt overlooking the river Thames. The beer garden from Webgains will be open across the two days in addition to the Prosecco Lounge from sponsor Impact on the second floor.
The expo floor turns into a bar-crawl from 5pm on day one as they open up their bars to the sound of acoustic music on the dome stage.
The first evening will provide two official networking options, though you could attend both if you bank enough sleep! The prestigious International Performance Marketing Awards which includes a champagne reception, awards presentation, entertainment and 3 course dinner and/or the official party taking place at the incredible Cafe de Paris in Piccadilly Circus.
A number of invite only workshops will take place during conference hours. We’ll provide details of those on our twitter and facebook pages.
Our new mobile app makes this easy, opted-in attendees are able to arrange meetings via the app and choose a dedicated meeting zone and time to meet.
We also make on-the-fly meetings easier with colour coordinated lanyards for each demographic coupled with over ten dedicated meeting zones across three floors.
The app will be available late August.
Every ticket provides access to keynotes and sessions, unrivalled networking opportunities, access to the exhibition floor, barista quality coffee (and of course English Tea) from our tuk tuks, water and refreshments including fruit smoothies, frozen yogurt, fruit and popcorn which are scattered around the exhibition zones.
Your ticket provides complimentary access to the co-located Influencer Marketing Show and the dedicated case study theatre.
Our VIP pass includes a seat, else you are able to purchase a seat online. Be quick to secure your seat as we are already at 50% of capacity.
Yes. Barista quality coffee is available from our tuk tuks and ample water will be available. A number of street food vendors will be located onsite where you can purchase breakfast and lunch (don’t forget to expense). We also have both and indoor and outdoor seating area for you to enjoy your food.

Our great value Networking Pack includes tokens to use for lunch and soft or alcoholic beverages and access to the after-party.
A ticket to PI LIVE automatically provides you with complimentary access to the Influencer Marketing Show.
To avoid the queues, we are offering a Queue Buster Pack where your printed pass, wristband and lanyard will be sent by post via recorded delivery two weeks prior to the show (UK & Europe only).
Otherwise, registration opens from 8am on Monday – we advise you to arrive early to avoid the anticipated queues. Please remember to bring your registration email (printed or on your phone) and some photo ID.
Yes. Though there are conditions. Name changes will be permitted free of charge up until 21 September 2018. After this date, an amendment fee of £25 will be charged to cover administration and reprint of your name badge. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes, we have supercharged wifi for all of your needs. The wifi code will be printed on your badge.

Yes. Basic Pass holders may upgrade to a Networking Pass subject to an upgrade fee of £83.34 (£100 inclusive of VAT).
Please complete this form, and we will email you an invoice. As soon as this is paid via BACS or Credit / Debit Card via the link on the invoice, the team will upgrade your pass accordingly and send you a notification via email.
The excellent value networking pass includes Lunch from KERB food on both days, four beer/prosecco/soft drink vouchers and access to the official party at Cafe de Paris.
If you upgrade before 21 September, we will post* your badge, lanyard, party wristband and vouchers via signed delivery enabling you to jump the registration queue. If you upgrade after 21 September your upgraded passes will be available to collect from the registration help desk at the event. Please make yourself known to security on arrival.
