I started MG Empower from a coffee shop table, today, it\u2019s one of the industry\u2019s most influential independent global marketing agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I founded MG Empower and grew it into a multi-million-pound business, leading it through acquisition, buyback and full restructure to where it stands today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We work with global brands including Chopard, TikTok, Dior, Bumble, Unilever, Nespresso, Campari and Sol de Janeiro &#8211; delivering integrated campaigns across the UK, North America, EMEA, Middle East and LATAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MG Empower operates as a growth partner, not just an agency. Our work spans Influencer Marketing, Social, Brand Experience, Strategy, and Creative, grounded in cultural intelligence, commercial clarity and execution at scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the business, I\u2019m a strong advocate for women in leadership and inclusive growth. I\u2019m an Associate Partner of the World Woman Foundation, an ambassador for Gerando Falc\u00f5es, and a trustee of the Brazilian Friends Foundation- actively supporting initiatives that amplify women\u2019s voices across business, creativity and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve been recognised by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, The Drum Entrepreneur of the Year and Campaign\u2019s 40 Over 40, and have spoken at global forums including Davos (World Economic Forum), Web Summit, SXSW and Cannes Lions.
