My practice covers commercial contracts, technology, IP and digital regulatory compliance in tech and media, focusing on online advertising\/adtech, B2B technology, online platforms, video games and crypto\/web3. I advise on UK and EU GDPR, ePrivacy and cookies, the DSA, the Online Safety Act and the EU AI Act, often applying these to products in development to ensure compliance by design. I also provide strategic commercial and regulatory advice and support clients engaging with regulators and government. My work includes drafting and negotiating tech contracts, developing commercial and regulatory strategies, advising on emerging technologies, drafting compliance documentation and policies, conducting risk and impact assessments, and handling rights requests and data breaches.
