Panels lack balance. Topics reflect familiar perspectives. And talented people hesitate to put themselves forward despite having valuable insights to share.<\/p><p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"855\">As event organisers, we have a responsibility to challenge that pattern.<\/p><p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"1111\">We believe diverse stages lead to better conversations, stronger ideas, and a more representative industry. Inclusion is not a box to tick. It is about actively creating space for different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to be seen and heard.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51cf7f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51cf7f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">what we mean by diversity and inclusion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b5ca2f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b5ca2f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1244\">Our goal is simple &#8211;\u00a0 to create events where participation is genuinely open to all.<\/p><p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1409\">That includes individuals of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities, ages, religions, educational backgrounds, and levels of industry experience.<\/p><p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1571\">It also means broadening representation across roles, company sizes, geographies, and career stages.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-df21ea0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"df21ea0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">HELP US raise the standard<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c575257 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c575257\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1652\">This is not something we can achieve alone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1827\">We ask our partners, speakers, and community to think carefully about who is represented in submissions, who is invited to speak, and whose perspectives are being amplified.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1954\">If we ever fall short, tell us. Language evolves. Expectations shift.
