PI LIVE will hold a number of lead generation networking dinners at top restaurants around London managed by Hello Partner and sponsored by you.
Date: Tuesday 22nd October, 2024
Time: 7pm-9pm
Throughout the evening, attendees will engage in stimulating conversations while savouring exquisite cuisine, creating an ambiance that fosters meaningful connections and memorable experiences.
Features
- Up to 10 guests per table (including 2/3 from your team)
- Private or semi-private rooms – dinners are social and informal (no presentations and structured dialogue).
- Venues are offered on a first come, first served basis.
- Dinner peer groups can be general or based on vertical i.e. Fashion, Travel or based on objectives stated at PI LIVE registration.
- After dinner, attendees will also get a voucher for a welcome cocktail and fast track access to the official party.
Sponsorship includes
- Cost of all F&B (Hello Partner will select and share set menu with Sponsor)
- Branded menus (e.g. “PI LIVE Networking Dinner sponsored by [Sponsor]”)
- Through our platform, Sponsors can:
- Access the opt-in list for dinners and select who they wish to invite on their table. Sponsors will be able to review Company, Job Title, Verticals, Seniority and Objectives
- Sponsors can configure and customize the Dinner invitation (sent by email) by including a Dinner description and image
- Contact information including name, title, company, and email address for those attendees present at your dinner (provided to you post-event)
- Opportunity to add further guests based on restaurant availability.
